產(chǎn)品介紹
TMRM（四甲基羅丹明甲酯）是一種陽(yáng)離子細(xì)胞滲透型熒光染料，易與活躍的線粒體螯合，是可用能斯特方程定量測(cè)量膜電位的優(yōu)選染料。染料不會(huì)在細(xì)胞膜中形成聚集體，并且與膜蛋白具有最小的相互作用。因此，根據(jù)能斯特方程，染料的跨膜分布與膜電位直接相關(guān)。
