產品介紹
NAO 屬于吖啶橙的衍生物，是一種用于檢測完整細胞內線粒體的特異性熒光標記物。NAO 與內膜的結合不依賴于線粒體膜電位的改變，可在活體細胞中用作線粒體熒光探針，也能對線粒體進行定位研究以及監測線粒體的完整性。此外，該染料還能用來在流式細胞儀上分析線粒體，了解多藥物抗性，在小鼠胸腺細胞凋亡期間測量線粒體的變化。
