產品介紹
6-CFDA 是活細胞熒光示蹤探針，具有細胞膜通透性，可以加載到細胞進行孵育。一旦進入細胞，非熒光性的 6-CFDA 由胞內酯酶水解成 6-羧基熒光素，產生熒光。這些熒光產物只能積聚在具有完整細胞膜的細胞中。因此，死細胞無完整細胞膜不能被染色。6-CFDA 標記可以通過熒光顯 微鏡或者流式細胞儀來檢測細胞。

1. 熒光染料均存在淬滅問題，請盡量注意避光，以減緩熒光淬滅。
